Wednesday- What's New?
Next week starts the bariatrics swim class. A referral from their PA was required - a bunch of silly red tape. My old fear of the the scale sent me into a tizzy. Totally ridiculous. My weight is fine, it's the brain that is messed up.
Tom's health issues are still a concern. Another test next week. One step at a time but I'm worried.
Sorry if I have contributed much lately. I read but don't have much to say.
