Hi Debbie,

You have really done well.  It sound like you have exchanged food for healthy excercise and lifestyle.  You are committed.  That is what it really takes.  You're an inspiration.

Keep up the great work!!!  It is hard work isn't it?

Peace
Mary

I am on my way.  What a ride it has been.

Hi MaryMargaret,
Oh yes, it's hard work maintaining our weight.
Losing weight early post op...piece of cake (yuck, couldn't even think of eating cake then! LOL)
Losing last 25 pounds...hard but slow and steady wins the race
Keeping the weight off...Priceless! You betcha...hard work and my mommy told me hard work never hurt anyone...but man those squats and walking lunges hurt the glutes! LOL

Debbie,
Congradulations. Three years of continued hard work is paying off for you.

Show skin in public? - who would have dreamed that accomplishment 3 years ago?

Great work and continued success to you.

Kisses

Annette,
I showed skin in public even at 300 pounds. I use to live at the lake and I lived in my bathing suit.
One time my evil step dad came over with mom and we took them for a pontoon boat.
The ******* said something about me and my weight. Stupid **** that he was.
Sigh...I digress...It's all okay now. Mom died and I don't see him nor do I ever want to.
Toxic crap out of my life...good people in!!

So always I have been "one of those" fluffy women with an attitude. I was beautiful and happy as a big woman and I did things always. I was the fluffiest woman that did dance competition.

I bought a couple of new shirts that shows my "wings" big time.  Was wondering if I should wear them...and this confirms.  Let it hang out!  LMBO

Hugs - see ya Saturday!

That's right my friend...you just let your "angel wings" fly like me!!
Keep that attitude. We gotta love our bodies no matter how they turn out.
And hey...skinny people have angel wings too. Ours our bigger and better damn it!!...giggles!!
As long as we are healthy and happy that is all that matters...skin doesn't!
See you Saturday. We will have fun, fun, and more fun!
