Try googling or doing a search on where ever for " foods high in fiber" before going to the grocery store. You really do need to start incorporating more fruit and veggies into your diet.

Hi Susan!

Got any yummy recipe suggestions for using chicken?  I'm kind of bored with it lately....

Todays food:

B- Oatmeal
S- 1/2 pear
L- Fish patties (1 can tuna, 1 can salmon, spices, onion, heated in pan), 1/2 pita bread, salad, tangerine
S- coffee, fiber one cereal or PB on lite wasa cracker, apple, maybe a WW pretzel/choc bar
S- protein w/fiber
D- Veggie stew w/ little beef, 1/4 cup white rice

Have a wonderful day.  I'm off to mix the fish patties.....

Ack!  I tossed and turned all night and didnt fall asleep til around 8 am.  That caused me to miss my water workout this morning...grrr!  And then I cannot work out Wednesday due to my stress test on Thursday (no exercizing for 24 hours before) so I lose two full sessions which really annoys me.

Strange how that works, Im tired, eyes are sleepy, yet I cannot drop off to sleep and no gravol around. Anyways, Im up and moving, did laundry and cleaned all afternoon, made some appointments and here it is almost dinner time already!

This is today's menu for me:

B   hot chocolate protein drink

S    nuts

L    1/2 Wendy's large chili

S    banana

D    salad: romaine, tomato, cucumber, dried cranberries, slivered almonds, raisins, walnut bits, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds w/ Renee's LIGHT poppyseed dressing & leftover chicken breast, cubed

3 litres of water (2 down, 1 to go)

all my supplements (time to restock again)
