Hey gang!  As I was sitting here getting ready to post, enjoying a cuppa, Gary walks in and announces he wanted to go to Cracker Barrel for bkfst. AGH!!!  It is about the least favorite place for me to eat, but he really wanted to go. So, that's my excuse for not posting sooner. Would have rather, to be honest!

No recipe today. Just can't find one I want to post. So, here's my day from yesterday. Closer to my 1400, but not quite. Scale went up another pound. I'm sad

latte

crustless calzone on sandwich thin. This is REALLY, REALLY  good!!  Tasted like a meatbal sandwich in my poor little mind

leftover shrimp and pea pods with a bit of brown rice

1/2 grilled cheese sand w salad

1 oz pretzels

protein coffee

cals: 1325  fat: 36  carb: 167  fiber:  16  pro  95

Hello, Susan!

A lovely sunny day here and I'm inside  studying! I'm hoping that my new pot of black irises are surviving the temperamental weather here. This is my plan for today:

B    hot chocolate protein drink (done)

S    2 tiny tangerines (done)

L    salad w/ chicken (done)

S    banana w/ peanut butter

D    grilled sole and shrimp

S    homemade beef, veg & barley soup

3 litres of water (halfway there)

all my supplements taken

I'm off to a late start today too.....

Sorry about the scale not playing nice with you.  Frustrating I'm sure.  Did you say you were going to the nutritionist and having tests run.....any results yet?

My menu today:
B- Typical Sunday bkfst.....1 egg, homemade bread, diced veg, fresh squeezed OJ, honey or jam
S- 1/2 apple
S- Protein w/fiber
L- Fillet Mignon, mashed potatoes and grilled veg (zucc, carrots) ....We did not end up having this yesterday as originally planned so it was a nice late lunch today.  We ate outside...it was nice!!
S- 1/2 apple, granola bar type thing
S- Protein w/1/2 banana
D- Asst Fruit.....pears, grapes, plums,   maybe 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

That should do it for me today..... off for my late snack now..

Going to the Nut on Thursday, and her MedGem machine is out of commission. So, we'll just talk for an hour. I'll take her a sampling of my daily journals and see what she says. I don't know why I'm paying $50 for her to tell me what I already know. Move more, eat more. Hope she has some ideas for me.

Hi Susan.....my boat sunk yesterday.....

I grazed and ate...and nibbled and ate some more yesterday....had a rough day.....slept when not eating.

Today WILL be a better day!!
