Morining crew mates, how's your boat sailing? I'm sorry that I haven't been better about responding to posts here, just so busy at work and pooped out by the time I get home. I won't complain since it's great to be busy again, but I miss the interaction I get from you all! 

Today's recipe is for a lighter version of chicken salad. It makes 5 cups of salad with only 1 tbs light mayo!  I haven't tried it, as it was just posted to recipezaar.com yesterday, but when I do, I wll seed the tomatoes to help keep it from getting runny. The nut info doesn't include the mayo, but in 5 servings, how many calories can there be in 1 tbs of mayo, for heaven's sake???

Yesterday was another below calorie goal day. I'm so frustrated! Oh well, it is what it is.

******************  Alert!!  I just made a cool on the run bkfst!  A slice of crustless calzone on a heated sandwich thin. Spread a bit of pasta sauce on the bread and away I go!  Tastes like a meatball sub( well, in my mind anyway!)...

Hello!
I wish I read this before we had lunch.......chicken salad sounds good.....maybe I'll plan that for tomorrow.

Today's menu:

B- Oatmeal
S- 1/2 apple
L- my version of flatbread pizza (with mozz, feta, veggies), chopped salad
S- Whey Protein drink w/added fiber,
S- coffee,and either PB on a lite wasa, or maybe a couple of pumpkin balls and 1/2 pear or apple
D- I have the night off!!!!!!!!!  Matthew is cooking Fillet Mignon and grilled veg (zucc, carrots, peppers, toms, etc), mashed potato

Going to have that protein snack now....

Wow, you're menu sounds so good. What time is dinner? Sure beats grilled cheese and tomato soup!

FYI - Tomato soup and grill cheese is one of my all time favorite "comfort meals".  Reminds me of "home" and my mom.

And add to that......... some cherry tomatoes (probably 3), cucumber slices, 4 chicken wings, and taaaa daaaaaa about a 2" square of chocolate chip cookie for my grandson's b/d.. and tea.. and yes, that's it.  Stuffed.
