Another glorious day outside here......hope it is for you too.  Perfect weather for a walk outside......wish I could  .

I'm still EXERCISING my patience trying to heal.....wish I had something better to report.  I enjoy hearing about what you are doing so please share what you are doing to stay active and heart healthy.

Hi Ruth,

 I'm exercising for you. Got 4 miles in again today at the gym after subbing at a local high school. Exercising patience is a good thing too. Also something I should be doing. Not one of my stronger personality traits!

Just think once those thighs are healed up how much more comfortable it will be without loose skin rubbing and chaffing. Man, what you're going through gives me pause. I have had so little pain with even my lower body lift. My doctor said that was much worse than the thigh lift. I'm thinking maybe I would like the drains if it means less swelling!
