Tuesday exercise thread!

I'll probably be working on Tuesday so thought I'd start the thread early. Ruth will start up again tomorrow as she has a doctor's appt on Tuesday. Planning to get a good long walk in after company leaves this afternoon.

Hi Karen,
The weather was so nice yesterday that I went and walked home also. I didn't go to the gym, I got some sunshine while I was outside! Wonderful!! I walked a total of 7 miles all together yesterday.

Today after work I have my doctors appointment.
If the rains holds off, I will take a walk outside if not, I'll do some stair climbing here at work!

Hi Karen....rainy and cold....no walk today....maybe later at the mall.
