Hoppy Easter! What's on your plate today?
How the heck are you crewbies???? It's a beautiful day here, sunshine, upper 70's. Nothing planned, but I would like to get out in the front yard and tidy up my flower bed. Who knows?
I'm still looking for a good recipe for today, so I'll edit later and add one.
Yesterday's menu:
protein coffee, latte
scrambled eggbeaters with diced leftover steak and 2% cheese
slice rye toast
lean cuisine cheese canneloni
latte
chili rellano, few bites of beans and rice, 6-8 tortilla chips.
applesauce w/ special k lf granola
cals: 1232 fat: 41 carbs: 131 protein: 88

I haven't been on in awhile..very busy here.
Eats today..
This morning I was experimenting with a new protein shake..so so
Protein shake - breakfast
Snack-cheese stick, flatbread cracker
Dinner is around 2- pork roast (from crockpot)
mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, green beans
an experimental cheesecake made with greek
yogurt and ff cream cheese (I'll let you know how
it is)
Snack - probably protein shake again
I'm having trouble getting in all of my water..so I'll be working on that..if I need to eat more..it will be cheese
Off to get my potatoes ready and I still need to get my carcuss into the shower.

What a BEAUTIFUL spring day it is here!!!!!!
Menu:
B- 1 egg, homemade bread, diced veg, feta cheese, honey, almond paste, tea, tangerine and strawberries
S- 1/2 apple
Late Lunch/early supper - Big Juicy Burger (may melt some feta cheese on it).... grilled veg and pickels
S- PB on lite wasa cracker, coffee
S- Protein shake 1/2 banana 1/2 cup blueberries and w/added fiber
I think I'll go and get started on our "lupper"

It was big but not juicy.....got over cooked....WELL DONE......oh well.....I'll try again on the weekend.

Continued slivers of pumpkin cake.....
Marie Callendar pot pie and not all of the crust. THAT was 510 calories!!! and15 g protein but had 47 carbs.
That's it. Took a long nap so I wouldn't eat.
