Good morning, OFF, what's new with you?

Hi Cassie and my OFF family:

It's already afternoon ... I slept til after 9 a.m. ... I was so tired yesterday but now I know why I felt so miserable ... my body decided it was getting a period. God, after not having one for three years, now I'm bleeding every now and then, and I don't like it at all. I was achy and nauseous and just miserable all over. Couldn't do much of anything. I shouldn't be having this, but the last time I called the gyne doc, she said it was normal because of the hormones, so OK, but it doesn't feel normal to me. And it doesn't even look normal. At least today I feel better.

I stayed up to watch basketball last night ... no real late games at least. Today is more basketball, but I hope to get some work done on the part-time book editing job. I didn't do anything on it yesterday because I felt so sick and exhausted.

I applied for another job today, a couple yesterday ... don't have a lot of hope on any of them, but at least it was nice to be wanted earlier this week ... people aren't paying very much. Oh well. I finished filling out the disability questionaire that was sent to me and will mail that out next week when I get out again, probably on Monday.

Well, not much happening here. Hope everyone has a good day. It's sunny here and 43 degree, so a little warmer.

It's always easier to find a job when you've got a job.  I wonder why that is..... I guess that's why all the good guys are taken, too...someone else has them... probably a bad analogy.

But glad to see you are feeling mentally better with this new-found time you've acquired.

You just sound so much more upbeat to me...and I'm delighted you are getting a much-needed vacation.

Heading out the door soon. Going to take off with no particular plans....I will know when I get there...just want to enjoy the day!

I am doing well and thank goodness so is my family.

Connie, You SOUND so much better. Perhaps spring is finally coming and we can all feel the warmth of the sun, the new growth springing up all around us,  the renewal cycle of life. It sure makes ME feel better.

Hi Irish and everyone!

I got up late today because I played cards last night to 3am. lol... My daughter called my phone at midnight to see if I was ok.. Funny how we change rolls.  Now she knows what it feels like to be in my shoes.

My husband worked last night and got home at 3pm.  We are going to try to go to church this evening.  Hopefully he won't be too tired.  I would rather go on Sat then Sun. Morning.

I really had a fun time playing cards.  We laughed all night.  It felt good to get out since I haven't done anything but taking care of my sister lately.

Well..  Going to get busy and do some laundry

Hi,
I am a little off beat today. yesterday I had to put my cat Pitt in the hospital. She had a blood sugar of 367. She was lathargic, not eating and falling when she tried to walk.
She is on an iv, antibiotics thru the iv and she is just laying in her cage. At least her eyes were open today. They did blood work on her and it came back that she has a kidney infection. But the vet thinks shei s diabetic also. She also got a little insulin yesterday and will get another dose at 5pm tonight. I didnt think she was going to last thenight. She is hanging in there.
I work today at 7pm and will go down to Ft Lauderdale tomorrow with my cousin for a weddingshower. I might go back on Monday for Passover to my friend. That depends on how Pitt is.
