Rowing along, what are you eating today?

I'm a little late for me to get here, but  sleeping in was great!   The girls at the salon are making me lunch today for my birthday, so there's no telling what that will be. I just hope it's not chicken spaghetti. I'd never even heard of it before moving here, and someone made it for a potluck and it only too two bites for me to realize I don't like it at all. Besides, I really have trouble with spaghetti, the pouch just doesn't do well with it. So, I'll have to post most of my day later on.

The recipe I've chosen is from Real Simple magazine's web site....realsimple.com. They have a wonderful selection of "dinners under 400 calories", and when you figure we'd eat 1/2 of a portion, 200 cals for a nice meal is great.

Here's what I know for today:

latte

1 batter blaster pancake, 2 slices thin bacon

  L-  the girls were good to me. Brought in a grilled wrap tray from Chick-Fil-A, very yummy, just the right size. One of the girls made a beautiful cherry pie with the lattice top crust. It's what I asked for instead of cake, that, and sugar free ice cream. Not 10 min after eating it, I dumped. I NEVER (well, rarely) dump, but today I did. Just as well.

s--applesauce and cottage cheese

s--2% milk latte ( a once in a blue moon treat. Usually it's FF SF)


d---left over shrimp creole  slice whole grain bread

  And I"m STILL below 1400 cals!

L: Beef strogonoff without the noodles and a dinner roll with butter
S: grapefruit
D: don't know yet
S: celery with peanut butter
S: WW toffee ice cream bar

mmmm beef strogonoff. Haven't had that in a long time. It's going on the menu!

I love that site.  Thanks for posting it.

Today is going to be hit or miss, I think

Coffee
B- Protein drink
S-
L- Ham roll up with cheese.  Maybe some sugar free peaches
S-
D- Hamburger pattie and some vegies.
S- Strawberries and maybe some cantelope

I might have another protein drink during the evening to boost my protein
