Better late than never, so here I am.

What a crazy weekend!  Saw Wicked with the kids yesterday, then went to a birthday party where there was nothing edible.  Today we worked as volunteers selling T-shirts for a production of Porgy and Bess in downtown Miami (hellish traffic).  Just got back

No use writing about what I already ate, but I'll do it anyway.

B - Oatmeal with wheat germ and milk
S-  nothing
L -  Thai fish and broccoli
S - melba toast and 2% cheese
D - Pho (pronounced foe)  The most amazing Vietnamese soup with greens, ginger, cloves, anise, mint in a beef broth with udon noodles.  Very healthy and delicious.
S  -  Green tea, sliver of Jamaican fruit bread

Exercise:  Boogie Down the Pounds

Happy rowing ya'll,

Maria

I LOVE Pho!  I used to work with a woman from Vietnam and learned a lot about her culture and food. Pho is one of my favorites.

Glad you're another Pho fan.  I had it for the first time last night and will be having again on Tuesday.  Every Vietnamese dish I'ave ever had has been delicious.  My Vietnamese students have introduced me to their food and their culture.  Amazing people, such discipline!
