Rowing that boat on down the river, what are you eating?
Morning one and all!
Man, I have a TON of things to do today! Have to get ready for my support group meeting this evening, trip to the beauty supply, and to the salon to do one of Vickie's clients. Then, I need to make some dinner for Gary. Poor guy, what a trooper he is. I haven't been home at all this week before 7:00, so I've just had things in the fridge for him to reheat. Lots of one pot meals and such, but he doesn't really care. I'm a lucky gal!
Meals might be hit or miss today, but here's what I'm thinking:
latte x 2 (fat free)
cottage cheese w/ applesauce and a mini bagel
leftover broccoli beef w/ brown rice
chiliquilles ( a Mexican dish something like enchiladas. Another one pot dinner)
Okay, I PROMISE one of these day's I'll be able to spend more time responding to your posts. Believe me I do read all of them, but just haven't had much time to answer. Love and hugs to all my crew mates! You keep me honest

Good Morning Susan
I am having my usual breakfast of Oatmeal with banana, walnuts, and today blueberries.
Lunch - heart of palm salad with heart of palm, avacado, tomato. I usually have cucumber as well but I am out and what was available at the store yesterday was not very good. I will also have a few chicken strips.( tyson precooked fajitta strips)
Dinner - eating out with friends at a mexican restuarant so will have beef fajitta without the tortilla
maybe...will have to fight the tortilla.
Snacks if needed - protein bar or hummus and a few Staci all natural pita chips baked.

Chiliquilles sound intriguing. Would love the recipe.
Here is today's plan:
B - Muscle milk light
S - Fiber bar
L - Low sodium V-8 juice, 1 scoop protein powder, 4 saltines
S - 1 oz mixed nuts
D - Thai fish, broccoli and carrots, SF mousse
S - SF hot chocolate
Exercise: Boogie down the pounds video (5 a.m.)
Abs and arms (this evening, hopefully)

Today is a busy day for me too but the plan is::::
B- Oatmeal
S- 1 small apple and 1/2 pear
S- Protein Shake w/added fiber
L- Tilapia, broccoli, lentils
S- some fruit, PB on a lite Wasa cracker OR 1/2 cup of fiber one cereal
D - since we will be having a late lunch it will be a lite meal...either some egg whites, or a bowl of yogurt or cottage cheese...not sure yet.
Would you share the Chilliquilles recipe with us? I like one pot meals!
