Exercise - Let's get moving......Thursday
Part of my bucket list! Have a wonderful time. Gather me some pretty little shells?????? If you find any that I can use for my bookmarks save them for me til we meet again ok? WIsh I was there with you. Nothing I love more than spendings hours and hours strolling the beach. I just got an hour on Galveston. Not nearly enough but I wasn't the driver!

Best laid plans got side tracked yesterday. See what's new. Will try to get in a good long walk today in place of the gym visit that I didn't get to do yesterday. The 4 times a week x one hour of strenuous exercise is really starting to work. Just have to keep it up even when I'm not at home. Erin showed me a nice trail the last time we were here. I'll take a 3.5 mile walk today. (Friday)
