Good Morning!
Today is going to be an off day for me.  It is raining here this morning and we have an appointment with a business lawyer in the early afternoon that we have to get ready for. 
If the rain stops and it warms up later I will go for a walk or bike ride at around 6:30 pm....if not I'm worried because having BALANCE in my life is also important so taking today off is just fine.

Hi Ruth,
Today is spin class for me after work. Not my favorite class but my BF loves it so I go and end up having fun and a fantastic work out. Spin class has given me my butt back. Firms my thighs and it's an all over great body workout to music and a lot of fun people. I do so much better in a classroom being pushed by a "Jillian"!! LOL

The snow is melting in Michigan. My bike will be coming out of the barn soon!
If the rain holds off, I will be walking around the hospital for some extra movement.

Balance in our life...some days I have and some days I don't.

I did 15 mins on the elliptical followed by 3 sets each of Lat pull downs, pec presses, forearm curls and bicep curls.....

Hi Moosie:

Keep me posted on the meetings.  My cousin has a home in Ft Myers and I often join the family there for a weekend.

Did the Boogie Down the Pounds video yesterday at 5 a.m., then abs and arms yesterday afternoon.  Tried to do legs but my knees are shot.

This morning I did Booggie Down the Pounds again at 5 a.m. and plan to do more abs, arms and butt this afternoon.  Will look for modified leg exercises that are not too hard on the knees.  Maybe just walk a mile or two around the lake.

Early morning seems to be the best time to do cardio for me.  It gives me a sense of accomplishment and lots of energy for the rest of the day.

I think I read that the experts recommend doing cardio in the morning.

I admire your ability to get up and moving so early in the morning.  I'm going to try and get up at 6am tomorrow...wish me luck.....LOL!

Hi from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

Ive been walk...walk...walking the beach (wow, that works da muscles!), indoor pool (2 hours), flexing butt and legs muscles everytime we are driving (ok, well JB is driving, Im busy flexing).

We walk to breakfast in Tower One (we are in Tower Three)..this resort is HUGE!

Headed even more south in the morning.

Yes, likely getting to Key West but we are watching the weather and, being flexible, going where the sun is shining *s*...possibly the up the Guilf Coast next.
