Rolling down the river, what are you eating on the way?
Good morning Crew mates!
Sorry I didn't get a chance to respond to your posts yesterday. My day became just crazy and I didn't get home until 7:30. By the time I ate some dinner and spoke to Gary for a bit it was time for bed. I do read your posts during the day, but I can't respond on my phone, just read. So....I do keep an eye on things ....lol lol
Today will be another crazy day, so I'm taking quick things to work to grab and munch on. We'll see what happens.

s--cottage cheese and applesauce
d--broccoli beef and brown rice

I've all ready had 3 large cups of coffee this morning. Drinking my water now to flush my system!

Hi Susan and all my OH�buddies:
I'm trying to keep my head above water today.� My car's transmission gave out yesterday about 2 miles from the Cleveland Clinic where I was supposed to finally get my thyroid biopsy.� A good samaritan gave me a ride and I was able to make it on time.� By the time the doctor's nurse gave me a ride�back to my car, GEICO gave me a tow to the mechanic and then a ride home it was after 8 p.m.
Hadn't had any food since lunch at 11 a.m., so I ate too fast and it all came back up 3 hours later.�
But today is another day, and even though the repair bill is $1,200.00, I am keeping an optimistic outlook.
Here is today's plan:
B - Oatmeal with wheat germ and honey
S - string cheese
L - Turkey chili
S - string cheese
D -� Poached cod, broccoli and carrots
S - SF hot chocolate
Exercise -� Boogie down the pounds video (Did it at 5 a.m.)

Hey, can we count this "rowing down the river" as exercise....lol.....an exercise in good judgment/decision making for sure.
My menu for today:
Start before exercise- Protein Shake w/added fiber
Brkfst- 1 egg, diced veg, 1/2 oz feta cheese, 3 blk olives, 4 oz OJ, 2 small slices homemade Whole Wheat bread.
S - ? still very full not sure I'll want it....if I do it will be an apple
L- 30z Chicken (my version of Indian chicken), wilted spinach with tomato chunks, 1/4 cup rice (cooked), cuc salad
S- 1/2 apple, PB on lite rye Wasa cracker, 10gr 80% dk choc
S- Protein shake w/ added fiber (the vanilla protein and orange fiber make a yummy creamcicle taste)
D- not sure....maybe cottage cheese and fruit.

Been awhile since I have rowed my boat but here I am once again trying to get back on board.
B - oatmeal with banana and walnuts and half a protein drink
L - shopping so try to get a grill chicken salad
D - Beef fajitta meat with peppers and onions
Snacks - will carrry protein bars with me since this is an errand running day.
That's my plan.
