Hi Susan and OHshipmates:

Very stressful day today. It's the first day our statewide standarized testin cycle begins, so my kids and I are in for a tense three days. It is not fair and contrary to all pedagogical wisdom that at student's and a school's fate be totally dependent onONE test.

Also, my thyroid biopsy is today and I will find out the verdict probably by Friday.

Here is today's plan:

B - Dr. Oz's smoothie
S - string cheese
L - Muscle milk light
S - string cheese
D - Dr. Oz's smoothie
S - SF hot chocolate with protein powder

Exercise? I don't know

Ok break is over.

Happy sailing ya'll
