Good morning Susan and all OH buddies:
Did not post yesterday because we had a "Family Fun Day" at school and it sort of killed my whole day. Glad I attended though; the kids and the parents really enjoyed the festivities.
Got nothing done at home yesterday and now I supposed to be cleaning and doing laundry. I say "supposed to" because I just got a new smart phone and getting the hang of it has become as hard as a graduate-level course . Really. Still can't figure out how to record the voicemail greeting. Can't find it in the instruction manual written in that funky English that Japanese manufacturers use.
Did not eat nearly enough yesterday, so here is today's plan:
B - Turkey/Spinach casserole
S - Chai Latte (Chai tea and milk powder)
L - 2 oz. poached cod, broccoli and carrots
S - 1 oz mixed nuts
D - Black bean soup and string cheese (Papi can't tolerate rice)
S - 1 cup milk
Exercise: Bowling and Boogie down the pounds video
Happy sailing y'all
Maria
You always have creative menus. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the kitchen completely - except for the sink and coffee pot. Bad bad me.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - left over chicken and cauliflower
D - cube steaks for Tom, something else for me.
I baked 2 apple pies and they smell yummy. Nope, not for me.
