Good morning Crew Mates, how sails your boat?

Another new week, another chance at doing what's right versus what's easy. Hmmm, there's a thought! How many of us choose the path of least resistance when it comes to our eating plan? Yes, it takes way more time to plan out our meals, but what's the alternative? Poor choices, which starts the whole circular process of eating the wrong thing, then just giving up for the day/week/month/even year.
Okay, off my soap box. We're all big girls/guys here, we know the story!

I'll be doing lots of cooking today. The lady who owns the salon fell out of a tree and dislocated her elbow, so I'll pack some things up for her so she doesn't have to try to cook for a while. I'll stock up my freezer at the same time. Makes things so much easier for us when I cook this way.

latte and protein coffee

1/2 SBD quiche cup, 2 thin sliced bacon, mini bagel

s--benefiber bar

l--applesauce and cottage cheese

d--pasta e fagioli, slice of beer bread

snacks will probably be protein coffee

Hope everyone has a successful and happy day!

Hi susan and all OH buddies:

You're so kind to help your boss, or is she more of a landlady?  Either way,  I bet she will appreciate your effort.

S - String cheese
L - Wendy's chili, melba toast
S - 1 oz mixed nuts
D - Turkey Spinach Tex-Mex casserole
S - 1 cup milk

Exercise:  Boogie down the pounds video (Did it at 5 a.m. )

Happy sailing y'all,

Maria

Hi Maria,

No, she's actually my landlord, I just rent my space from her. We're all such good friends there, we'd do just about anything for each other.

Your plan looks great today. Keep up the good work!

I wish I liked salmon. I've tried my darnest to, but no matter how it's prepared I just don't, can't, like it.  I do like tuna patties, you've made me think about making them.

Hope you had a great one!

Well......

First time I made the salmon.  Stunk up the house for hours and everyone was gagging.   Now, to tell you the truth.  I hated them.  Going to throw the rest out.  I can't even stand to see them or smell it.  Maybe if I used fresh salmon it would be better.   But I am knocking that of my list of pouch friendly and protein food off of my what to eat menu.

Peace
Mary

Well, Connie, this doesn't look like a sunken ship to me!  My mom used to make ribs and sauerkarut when I was a kid. Haven't had that particular combo in many, many years.
