TGIF!!!!

I got off to a late start today.
I bought a new pedometer to track my steps/distance/cals burned, etc and the darn thing is not working right.  It is not sensitive enough.....it's not counting my steps correctly.  I'm SO disappointed!  I'll return it next week but now I'm in search of something else.  I'd love to have one of the "body buggs" or "go fit" do-hickies but I don't want to pay a monthly fee for it.  

Anyhow..... I wish I wore my old pedometer along with the new one but I'm thinking I'm still going to be ok to hit my min 10,000 steps for the day.  No weight lifting for me today....just cardio.

Hope everyone else is enjoying whatever it is they did to "keep moving".

I did three solid hours of water jogging today...with resistance foamies in my hands underwater.  The pool was darned cold too..almost had to break the darned ice to get in. 

Worse yet, the hot tub was broken so no hot soak for me after. 

As a result, I was thoroughly chilled and my osteo-arthritic knees were screaming all day after that. OUCH!  But I got my work out done...yayy!   I'm loving it!

Good Morning Ruth! Worked 6 hrs at middle school yesterday. Didn't have any energy left for the gym. Will go this morning early and get day number 4 in for the week. Seems like that is what works out for me.
