Good Friday morning Crew-mates, let the weekend games begin!

Okay, I'm a day behind you since I work on Saturdays, but there's no reason for you not to start without me. I'm alright with that!

Here's my day as it stands right now. Gary's working late tonight so he won't be home for dinner. I'll be at the salon until about 6:00, so I think I'll take myself out. Might see if the kiddos want to join me.


latte
protein coffee

south beach veggie cup, mini bagel,  2 strips bacon

l--PB&J

s--cottage cheese and applesauce

d--probably IHOP's grilled talipia  Came home and heated up leftover pork and white bean stew, slice ww bread

The rigatta, huh?  Fancy-schmancy...  Unfortunately, my food plan is anything but.  Same old, same old.  Gotta make some changes.

Cottage cheese and fruit
Grilled turkey-cheese sammich

Eating out.  Prolly fish of some kind.

BO-RING!!!!!!

Yes...I believe I am on the down side of this nasty Minnesota Crud....I actually have some energy today.

D-shrimp and small salad

B:  1/2 multigrain bagel with melted mozzarella cheese. . .

S:  Grapefruit

L:  Seafood salad and other half of multigrain bagel

S:  Dannon L&F Pomagranate & Berry yogurt

D:  Pea Soup and some lowfat cheese

good afternoon

my ship is floundering a bit.  im hoping that next week when mikey goes home
i can clear out the things that i wont eat and right my sails.

ive been grazing and i need to get back to small meals and no snacking.

anyway i wish everyone a good weekend.

Jacki, I think you're boat will be just fine after the sails are righted again. There is some comfort in routine, I think, and maybe that's what you need. Keep yourself busy, that will help with the grazing, hopefully  anyway
