OT; Granddaughter story

My granddaughter, Eryn, goes to Hale Elementary School.  This is not the school she is supposed to go to, but through exemptions of some kind, she does go there.  Last night Brad and Oleta were discussing what schools the kids are going to.  Oleta says "Regardless, Eryn is going to Hale."  At which point Eryn begins to cry saying "I don't want to go to hell, I've been a good girl."

George, How cute! Reminds me of my son Nathan, now 29, when he was about 3. We were at a restaurant and his sister ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. When asked if he wanted one Nathan burst into tears: "I don't want a girl cheese sandwich I want a boy cheese sandwich!" Without missing a beat the waitress told him that they would make a special "boy cheese sandwich" just for him!

OMG.  That's priceless.

Hope you write it down so you can tell it to her when she gets older.  Kids love that.

Ciao,

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Hi George,

That is too funny and cute.

I would like to share one with all of you.

When my son was about 4 or 5 he had to go to the bathroom at a public amusement park.

I did the routine.  Don't touch the toilet, put toilet paper on the seat.  Tried to hold him up while he was going.  I said again, don't sit on the seat.

He asked me if everyone did this and didn't sit on the seat.

I told him yes.  He said, well if no one sits on the seat, why can't I?

lol

I was stumped

Peace
Mary

I am on my way.  What a ride it has been.

Oh, George, that is just down right precious!

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
