Good morning Crew mates!  Ahhhhhh, it's my Friday!  The weather has finally turned nice and I'm hoping to get a walk in today between clients. Or, I might just sit until the feeling passes....lol

Not sure what the pantry has for me today. There's stuff out there, just nothing that sounds good. I'm sure all of you can relate. I made some crock pot meal the other day from a seasoning mix we found when we were in a local gift/gourmet shop. It looked yummy, but alas, isn't so much. There's a bunch of it left and I hate to throw it out, but I really don't want to eat it, either. It was going to be lunches for the week, but I don't think it's happening today. Ick!

So, right now it's a mystery, but here's what I'm thinking.  Hope all of you have smooth sailing today!

latte x 2 w/ calorie coutdown milk

Some days I alsmost hope for a craving to eat something !! My friend Angela said that I am looking better and less sickly. Naturally my brain interpreted that as "looking fat". Somebody should give me a kick in the butt.

Today Marcy and I are going out for lunch. We will have a good time, talk a whole bunch and relax. Oh yeah - we will eat too. Winky 2

Dinner - a surprise birthday party for our oldest grand - Kari. The menu is Chinese so the food will be a surprise for me - something should be okay.

Time to hit the shower. Shower 2 Have a great day.

Bored, bored, BORED with all my regular stuff!!!!!  I ate lunch out yesterday, brought home the leftovers for dinner, and it was great!  Not even terribly expensive, as I get 2-3 meals out of everything I order out.  Maybe I'll stop cooking completely, and just order my foor already prepared.  NOT!!!  I'm too cheap for that....

Today, after shoveling the house, I think I'm gonna sit down and really check out some of the recipes I've been researching lately.  There's a huge stack of them, and something's got to look interesting enough to shop for and prepare.

Maintaining OK, but still not losing the last of the weight I want to lose. 
It's probably the trail mix......

Did I mention I was BORED with my current food plan.....?

Hi Susan and struggling food watchers..lol

Well last night I ate too many honey wheat pretzels.  God, I have to tell my husband not to buy them anymore.  He buys cookies and snacks for his lunch and I put them in a special place for just him.  I don't touch them, amazingly.

Well here it is for today :

Coffee

B-  Pretein drink
S-  Orange
L- Chili
S- ?
D-  Rest of the chili and a salad.
S- Protein bar or drink...

Then, I am going to bed early so I don't snack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello!!!

Todays menu........

Start- Protein powder with added fiber
B- Oatmeal
L- My homemade flat bread pizza and salad
S- 2 small Reese's PB cups (it's my free day!) & 1 small apple
S- I finally tried Susan's Coffee with Vanilla Protein .....pretty good...I sprinkled a dash of cinnamon on top.  1tsp PB on a lite rye wasa cracker
D- Tilapia, bulgur wheat, salad (I think I'll have a glass of wine or shot of whiskey with dinner tonight).
S- fruit - not sure what kind but it will be fruit...probably cantaloupe
