Glad to hear you're feeling a little bit better Judy.  I hope work goes ok for you tomorrow.  And good for you on the 3 lbs. The coke, chips, cookies and cakes taste so good but boy do we pay when we eat that stuff.

feeling somewhat better today...had a good nights sleep and felt better than i have in days!! still have some pressure in my right backside but not like it was.

Way to go on that weight loss, Judy!  I hear ya on being so busy you can't post.  I have that happen to me a lot.  :P  Holy cow, twelve shots!  I sure hope they help, that's an awful lot to have to go through!  Hang in there!

thanks cassie!!!! all those hours i have been working is finally coming to an end soon....lol i can handle the work its just being in the pain that has bothered me the most.

yeah 12 shots all with alot of pressure added while getting them put in me!!! OUCH!!!!!!!!!! still have some pressure but not like it was.

I don't post much anymore, but I've been wondering about how you were doing.....sorry about all the shots, but hopefully they will help with your back pain. Way to go on losing three lbs. I weighed myself finally this morning and I've gained 3 lbs....can't exercise yet, and I know I'm eating too much, so need to get back on track.

yeah 12 shots and all pressure that went in to them or should i say me?? lol dr wants me to exercise but how can i when i am in so much pain?? he wants me to lose weight and how do i get it through to him that i have been stuck at this weight for about 21/2 years or so??? sighs.....wants me to lose my belly fat...ummm isn't that "fat" my excess skin???? sighs

Wow, Judy!  I don't think I would have made it past the first two!  Hope you get the relief you need. Being in pain is no fun, tha's for sure.
