The ship's sailing without it's Captain today. Computer problems made me late, so sail on!  I'll be back later.

Hope your puter recovers soon.� I'll go ahead and write my planned menu while there is time:

B - 1/2 Dr. Oz's belly busting smoothie
S - Cheese stick
L - Wendy's chili, 1 slice 2% cheese, SF choc. mousse
S - The other half of Dr. Oz's belly busting smoothie
D - 2 oz poached cod, broccoli and carrots
S - 1 cup milk

Exercise: Walk 2 miles

B- Nothing yet.  Getting ready to work in the food pantry
S- ?

Lunch- going out with my art teacher, so I don't know yet

S- string cheese

Dinner- I think hamburger patty with vegies

S- Going to bed early so I avoid one, or maybe a protein drink............THAT"S IT!

Same old same old here....still coughing...still no voice.

Will be sure to get my protein drinks in....not sure about much else.

Already had:

B - Coffee, 1 cheese wedge, 1 rusk

S - half of a protein drink - spilled the other half all over my keyboard :(
0.5 oz walnts

L - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 2 slices pineapple

S - 1 cheese wedge, 1 rusk

Still to go:

D - probably an egg, a little cheese

S - ??? slice of ham??

Good day Captain........
Todays menu:

B- Oatmeal
S- Protein shake with added fiber
L- Spicy meatball type things (HOT!), shredded cabbage, maybe 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup plain yogurt
S- Apple, Peanut Butter on a Wasa cracker, Coffee
S- 10 almonds 3 prunes
D- Salmon (or tuna), bulgur wheat, salad
S- grapes and cantaloupe (been planning on eating this for 3 days now...maybe tonight we finally will.)

Been doing well with staying focused and tracking my food.  I write it down and put in the computer but I think putting it here is good accountability.  I would hope if someone saw me making bad choices that they would jump in and tell me to take a closer look.  Anyhow, that's what I like about posting it here.  I don't get to do it every day but I'm going to try to be more consistent with posting.

My computer was on the fritz too. All it needed was a new keyboard.
