Rolling down the river on a motor boat or life raft? What are you eating?

Avast and ahoy Maties! 

A new week, and a new month, a great time to jump onto the boat with us and NOT fall overboard! Spring, they say, is coming soon, although I'm sure many of us are questioning that while digging out from under more snow. But.....Spring clothes, great outdoor activities, Easter.....so many reasons to buckle down and get rid of the Winter Blues and the cold weather eating habits that we sometimes fall victim to.

So, let's all get this boat going at top speed. Go to the main threads here and recruit folks that seem to be struggling so they might join in and benefit from our little party.

Here's my day. Not sure about lunch since I'm eating out with a girlfriend. She's in Weigh****chers, so we try to choose wisely.

b-- bkfst burrito

 l-- ???? will edit later So excited!!!  Cindy said she'd rather we go for a nice long walk instead of lunch!  Will have a turkey sandwich before I go

d-- French pork and white bean stew

Got up early but haven't had my protein drink yet this morning,


Coffee

B-  Yet to drink
S- String cheese
L- Chili
S- ?
Dinner-  Winging it, maybe chicken
S-  Nuts

So far so good, hopefully I stick to the plan.  Have been doing good with weight loss.  Don't want to jinx myself!

Hello Susan....not too sure of my eating plans today. I am still sick and today I have barely more then a whisper of a voice. I will try my best to follow my plan.

B-High protein drink

L-chili w/ cheese

D-tuna, cottage cheese and peas

S-??????

Good day, good week and good month everyone!

Here we go...

Already had:

B - coffee, cereal, a few cashews

S- juice

L - 1 soft boiled egg, 1tbsp cheese salad, 1 rusk
(stomach didn't like combo, half came back up)

To have:

S - ??

D - hamburger in tomato sauce, mashed potatoes

S - ??

sorry I am so late. Mondays are my hurry up daysbut I'm always running behind. Had problems getting on OH this morning.

B - cottage cheese, berries, kashi
L - ham, green beans, salad
S- apple & pb
D - chili & green beans
Another snack - 1/2 cup SF cheesecake pudding mixed with pumpkin

I am really trying. It helped that I got up at 4 AM and kept going until 10 PM. 

My fingernails are now showing the effects of not enough protein after that miserable tummy virus. Don't want my hair to start falling out too.

WLS is a never ending work in progress.
