Just got back home from the Wharton Obesity Clinic in Burlington. Although my weight "appears" to show NO loss for the month, I am, however, exactly the same BUT I have LOST SEVEN inches from my waist and hips! I showed them my brand new biceps and they are all so proud of me! My clothes are hanging on me too...woohoo! I can actually SEE the loss from my midriff and I "feel" stronger"...my legs are looking better as well..less swelling.
DIAGNOSIS: I am losing weight and inches and building heavier muscle so keep up the good work! *s*
On the way home, JB and I stopped for lunch at Swiss Chalet..I had 2 coupons for a free 1/4 chicken dinner for each of us, so our lunch cost us all of $5.30 for the beverages and taxes and tip! I had the leg, no bun, no fries, had the salad instead of potato.
So, here's my day's menu:
B hot chocolate made w/ skim milk
S piece of cheese
L 1/4 rotisserie chicken & salad w/ SF/FF raspberry vinegrette
S FF cottage cheese w/ unsweetened crushed pineapple
D boiled shrimp & green beans
S homemade beef-vegetable-barley soup
plus 3 litres of water and all my supplements
