Hang on, I'm trying to get back on.  Mostly, I seem to be treading water, though...

Today I go back to work on my regular schedule, at least for the forseeable future.  I do much better with a routine .  Last night I took a bunch of stuff out of the freezer...baked beans (wls style), cabbage roll soup, turkey soup, turkey burgers, turkey meatballs, homemade pasta sauce.  It'll give me a variety to choose from till I get back into my rut.

This morning will be my usual cottage cheese and fruit, and the rest of the day will incorporate some of the above.

Almost there...I'll try to swim harder...

Boy, there's so much to be said for routine, isn't there? I do so much better with a set schedule. Too bad I don't seem to have one much anymore.

Hugs

Hi Susan and all you crewbies,

I think I am rowing my boat in circles.  lol...  I am doing pretty good, I think.

Today will be up in the air but I will try and post what I think I will be eating today

Coffee

B- Protein drink
S- ?
Lunch - Lentil soup
S-  String cheese
D- salad and a hamburger.. Just the  meat grilled on our barbecue.  Maybe some other veggie.

I am only 38 lbs from goal.  I find it harder now to lose the weight.  Can't wait for spring and summer.  Will be more active.  Hope to be at my goal in July!  I will keep rowing ..lol

Peace
Mary

I am on my way.  What a ride it has been.

I think you can come very close, if not achieve your goal by July. Thirty eight to go is awesome!

Today is EGG DAY!

I'm going to wait until lunch to have it, because I've heard some say mornings are sometimes a little "tight".

So -

B: Proein drink and grape popsicle

L:  EGG

D: Cream of Chix soup (1/4 cup or less)

Snacks - jus****er and more protein drinks.  Maybe another popsicle or a SF jello.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Hmmmm.  I didn't think to ask the surgeon yesterday, but do you suppose the "egg" can be one of those Reeses Peanut butter eggs?  LOL

I'm guessing the answer would be no.  :o)
