I guess it's another 'fly by the seat of my pants' kind of day. Plans that I had have gone astray, Gary's dozing in the chair, and I have no idea what we're doing today. So, I guess I'll just get you started while I think about a plan of attack.

b-  1 egg, 2 slices thin bacon, 1 slice toasted high fiber bread

s--1 chocolate chip cookie at the home show

l-- shrimp creole, salad

d-- the last of the curried chicken w/ brown rice

 Yesterday was a good food day until the evening... then I ate a piece of cake... %#*#(@)@#!
Stress didn't help.

My smaller meals have made quite a difference on my blood sugars.  I feel like I'm eating ALL the time.  But, I do feel better.  I do need to plan my food ahead especially when I'm going to be gone out during the day.  I found that if I eat fresh veggies I end up dumping...

protein bar
meat  cheese
???
chicken veggies pasta
cheese crackers

IMO, I don't think that fresh veggies per se make you dump, I find that if I don't chew things like carrots, for example, really, really well, they'll come back up. Raw veggies can be tricky, for sure.

HI Susan and crew mates!

Oh, today I am going to  my in'laws.  They need help since my father in law needs a hip replacement and can't walk and my mother-inlaw has to have knee replacement,  On top of everything else I have to, meal planning is hard to think of these days.

B- Protein drink

L-  What ever we make at my in laws
S-
D- Chili or cottage cheese

S-  Maybe a food bar or a few pretzels

 I guess using the term "dump" was not accurate.  Eating the fresh veggies added bulk & fiber, however I ended up with gas and diarrhea and a very uncomfortable digestive system.  "dumping" just sounded better...  sorry...

It's another experimental day here, but I'm sticking mainly to foods I believe stay down even though variety is not on the menu.

B- coffee, cereal with milk, 4 oz juice

S- 1 slice swiss cheese

L- 1 slice swiss cheese, 1/2 slice hard bread, (experiment - 1 cm length pepperoni)

S- coffee, 4 oz juice

D- 1 slice swiss cheese, 1/2 slice hard bread.
