Rowing and sailing, how's your boat floatin'?

Yeah, I worry about what will happen if I drop too low on my calories, but if I maintained my weight at 1300 cals a day average, then I thought I might be able to get rid of some of this excess by dropping the daily cals. EEEgads! I don't know what to do!!!!

You have to drop between 350-500 cals per day to lose 1-2 lb a week.  If you do a good amount of exercise you lower your caloric intake less.

Hang in there...sometimes it takes the body a few weeks to catch up to the changes we make.  I can remember when I was losing there were a few times that I went 3 weeks in a row with no change (or even up 1 lb) very frustrating but not losing focus was the key.  I found when I kept making changes like increasing or lowering my cals then I'd mess up my body and nothing happened. If I stayed steady on program eventually it would drop.

I know how frustrating it is......Hope you see the change you want soon.
