L: turkey cutlet or chili, haven't decided yet...food located in the hospital cafe
S: grapefruit
half of banana before work out at the gym, the other half after wards
D: Probably left over pork roast and veggies
S: don't know yet, maybe apple Cinnamon toast with peanut butter
So, today Im eating protein protein protein. I just cant do the all liquid thing right now.
B- cold roast pork slices w horseradish sauce
S- celery and PB
L- cottage cheese w cinnamon and splenda
S- protein shake
D- more roast pork
I hear ya Susan,,I got on the scale and was up 1.5 pounds too,,whats the deal here?? Oh well,,onward and downward,,hopefully.

I just donated blood so I just finished my banana and will not be working out in the gym today after work. I will go home and let my hubby pamper me. I'm saving lives donating my blood!!
My iron was 45 (excellent) BP 106/62 I'm drinking my liquids and even ate 2 cookies...guilt free cuz I gave blood! LOL

B - Nature Valley Honey & Oats bars - I ran out of protein bars in my desk so I was at the mercy of the snack machine (180 cal. but only 4g protein). NSA Applesauce.
S - None
L - Panera Bread Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Some crispy chips.
S - None - we'll see how I get through that. I'll jus****erload I guess. No yogurt or pudding in the fridge at work either. I need to shop but they are forecasting snow tomorrow so I'm not going near a grocery store.
D - Out with an RNY friend at Cracker Barrel.

136.4!!! WTH?? indeed. I'd be dancing naked in the streets if I weighed 136.4, but I guess it's all relative. If you're exercising, you may be building muscles which are a lot heavier than fat. Measuring the fearsome foursome (chest, waist, hips and thighs) might show progress even if the weight won't come down. Just a thought.
Just got back to schools from a workshop. Have not had lunch yet, but will be attending a Black History Month Luncheon at 2:30.m., so I'll wait till then.
B - cottage cheese pancake, 1 tsp PB, SF syrup.
S - 1 oz. snack pack of Cheese-its (I'm so ashamed)
L - Chicken, collard greens
S - 1 oz almonds
D - veggie- cheese omelet

My food today:
Brkfst= 1 egg, veg, 2 whole wheat toast
Lunch = 1 can tuna stuffed into a tomato and wrapped in lettuce
Snack= 1 apple, 2 pumpkin balls (a refrigerator type cookie....very healthy!!!)
Snack = Protein powder shake w/fiber
Dinner= Not sure yet...not feeling hungry....maybe cottage cheese and berries or a little chicken and veg.
