Rolling down the river.....what are you eating today?

My biggest demon is boredom.  Even when my body is busy, if my brain isn't terribly involved, my mind heads right back to "What can I eat?"!!  I thought after almost 4 years that would change.  But no....  At least I don't always fall back into the old pattern, and when I do, it's usually acceptable foods.

Today will be pretty much a repeat of yesterday:

B:  Cottage cheese and fruit
S:  V-8 juice
L:  Steel cut oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of protein powder
S:  2 low fat cheese sticks
D:  Crockpot chicken breast with salsa/celery soup sauce (tastes much better than it sounds...)
S:  probably a protein bar

I still haven't shopped since my vacation.  Pickings are pretty slim.

Everyone have a good day.

I am having a time staying away from snacking. I'm going to try and just have the 2 planned snacks per day. Grazing is dangerous!

I am having:
B - cottage cheese (already had it)
S - Kavli w/peanut butter
L - meatballs in sauce
S - shrimp (leftovers)
D - Protein drink

It is a very thin wheat crisp (like a very very thin rye crisp-type cracker)  - I think they are really good and they are fat free and low cal.

would I find them with the crackers? Might be worth exploring.

Thanks!

Yes - by the rye krisp or Wasa crackers.  They are in a small box and there are lots in the package.

Hi all!
Today I am home from work with a painful cramp in my neck.  Oh well, pain makes eating less attractive.
B - 1/2 c. oatmeal with 1/2 oz raisins, 1 c. milk and 12 oz walnuts.  I didn't quite eat it all.

S - my usual protein shake, 1/2 c. sk milk, one 6 oz package lite fruit yogurt, and 1 scoop Max Protein supplement.

L - two 3/4 oz wedges of Laughing Cow lite soft cheese with 6 lo-salt saltines.  1/2 c. S.F. applesauce and 1/2 cup dilled green beans.

D - not sure, I don't do the cooking at my house.  But we usually have meat and vegetables.  My roommate is fond of pasta, but I have found that it doesn't agree with me, so I have started keeping spaghetti squash in the fridge for the purpose.
