Rolling down the river.....what are you eating today?
Sorry I didn't get back to everyone's posts yesterday. Busy at work, then coffee with some support group friends, then picked Gary up at the airport. Now I'm scurrying to get back into the moring routine of getting us breakfast and pack up lunches.
All of you might consider what Annette is doing by journaling her emotions along with her food. You will probably see a pattern emerge around when, what and why you eat what you do. Interesting!
Here it is in a nutshell. We'll see how the day goes.
latte
veggie quiche cup w mini bagel
protein coffee
benefit bar
chicken thigh, beets
cottage cheese w/ NSA cherry pie filling
barbecue beef sand---1/2

Hi Susan,
I have no clue what I am going to eat today. I had greek yogurt for breakfast.
I have so much running around today that I can't plan anything.
I put a food bar in my purse.
Dinner will be pot luck
Snack this evening probably will be an apple or food bar

Yep, it was a busy day. I managed to get all my protein in and only half of my water. Will try and make up for it today somehow...)

The pattern I'm seeing is that I get really pissed off when Tom reminds me to eat, when he tells me I am getting too thin, and then I don't want anything. Looks like a control issue here.
Even 3 years out I never feel hungry and seldom have any sort of food craving, only for coffee.
I feel good though and that's a plus. (knock on wood)
Food today will be the same as every other day.
