I think I've made these before.  Seems to me they were a little tough after they cooled, but they were definately tasty.  Try some sun dried tomatoes with it too.

I think tough is a great discription for the way they were with the spinach. Tough and stringy. They're super duper with the broccoli!

I'll have to try them again then.  Broccoli, onion and cheese, sounds like a winner to me.
