To Nut or not to Nut

I know what you mean about the crunch.  I usually eat roasted peanuts....just about a handful.  At this point, I'm watching my protein and not counting calories, staying away from pasta, bread, etc.

Thanks y'all!

Pickles and apples chips are definitely on my list.  Also, stick to walnuts and almonds.

My nutritionist makes me keep a food and exercise journal with calorie, protein and carb counts.  She is a hard taskmaster, but it has given tremendous insight into the what, when, where, how, and why I eat.

All of you have helped me so much that I plan to recommend this site to my support group when we meet on Feb. 22.   Is that OK?

Ciao,

Maria

Almonds are SO healthy!!! Packed with good fat and protein.

I snack on 10 every afternoon.....it's less an oz, I think it usually comes to about 80 or 90 cals but very healthy calories.  I say go for them...they are good for your heart enjoy a few...
