When you feel the need for crunch...and I get that all the time, lately I have been reaching for pickles. Crunch is good I also reach for the baby carrots...and celery.
I do love working out. It makes me feel so much better...and in control if that's possible.
Good luck to you on day 1 of your detox! We can do this!!!

Glad to see your detox is coming right along.
Exercise is such an energy booster. Yesterday my son and granddaughter came over for lunch and afterwards I suggested that instead of vegging out in front of the TV, we go bowling. My son's response was "Who are you and what have you done with my mother?" But he agreed to give bowling a go. Needless to say, we had a blast.
Bowling may not be the most aerobic activity on the planet, but it sure beats sitting around.
