I would be satisfied to eat cottage cheese & fruit plus my apple & pb - no cooking involved and easy clean up.

Pie became a teensy weensy issue for me on the cruise.  (Thelma, stop laughing!!!!)  In that case, there was also no cooking and no cleanup involved.

Happy to say, I seem to be back on track.  I go back to work tomorrow afternoon, and it's always easier to behave when I'm away from the kitchen...  (And the buffet......)

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese

L-chicken breast and mixed veggies

D-steak and small salad

S-banana and ??

Food has not started off well today but it isn't way out of wack either.  I want to get my foods ready for the day but.... "princess" is still sleeping and  the day is wasting away......

S none

B oatmeal cranrasins  two bacon

S  two more bacon  coffee

L chili

S apple

D  shrimp stirfry veggie

S cheese crackers

Man this sounds good on paper...  I'd be better off eating the paper.... lol

Hi all.  I have had a problem finding this list for some reason.  I am bookmarking it. 
Today, I am having
B - special K cereal, milk
S - hi-pro shake with yogurt, max protein powder and milk
L - laughing cow cheese with no-salt saltines, spahetti squash, dilled green beans
D - dhicken stir fry with rice.

As a note, I have recenlty dipped below teh 200 pound mark, I am now in onederland according to my sponsor!  WOO-HOO!!
