Another day on my own and I'm finding I'm doing really well as far as sticking to my plans. I realize that when Gary goes and gets a snack, I feel I need one too. Hmmm. Sure is something to be aware of when he comes home. Yesterday I baked 6 chicken thighs and have those in the fridge. I do much better with thighs, even though they have more fat, they don't seem to get stuck, so I can actually get a meal out of one.

I feel so much better since working with the nutritionist. A lot of little things came to light and that helps.

Wow I did great last night. Only had a atkins bar for my snack. Which is good. At least it has protein in it.
I bought some chicken breats at Aldi's the other day. They are garlic and herb and nothing on the outside. It was really good; I could only eat half of one though. Had a tablespoon of cottage cheese with it.

Lost two pounds this morning - Yea for me. Two more pounds and I will be in the 160's . I have come a long way. I feel good

I am still doing fairly well. Today, I slept in since I was up most of the night..weather watching while Derek was working at the club. He ended his 8-3 sam shift, got home at 3:45 am, change dinto warm outsode work clothes and left, with poor old JB who was sleeping, and off they went into the storm to snowplow and to salt and shovel. And I had little difficulty going to bed then...my bad!..and slept late. And now, here I am, waiting for them to come home at 7pm. I have a huge pot of beef, vegetable and barley soup nice and hot on the stove for them and homemade biscuits.
I got caught up with phone calls and such since I had the house to myself and I am, of course, watching the Winter Olympics! LilyRose has absconded with my wool again..but it was easily tracked since it unravelled as she travelled. Katie just sits there trying to look innocent but I know better.
I made protein balls yesterday so they sit in the fridge for when my head hunger starts.

D bowl of homemade soup
S hard boiled eggs mashed w/ FF mayo and chopped onion
