Morning Crewbies!

Wish I had something exciting to report, but with Gary gone I'm just eating leftovers and easy stuff.

latte

protein coffee

bkfst burrito

paprika chicken w/ noodles

grilled chicken, cauliflower and brussel sprouts

snacks?  we'll see.

Hi Susan,

 I don't know what is wrong with me.  I want to snack at night.  It is really bothering me.  That is why I am at a stall. I know it.  Have to see the doc on Wed.  I am afraid to go and tell her that.  Oh well... Have to figure something out.

Today-

Coffee
B- Protein drink
S- String cheese
L- Cottage cheese with apricots
S- Don't know.  Maybe I will boil some eggs
Dinner-  Chicken breast, veggies and a salad
S-  Going to try and have a protien drink and that is it

I hope I Make it through the evening

Is there some hobby or activity you can do in the evenings to keep your mind off snacking?  Come on here and let us know when you need someone to "talk you down'.  Call a friend.

You're probably not really hungry, so I think you're doing this out of habit. Let's see if we can help you break it!

 Oh Yes,  Nite snacking is my downfall.  No matter what I do I seem to wander into the kitchen.  I found that having prepared snacks help a lot.  I won't eat anything else until my assigned snack is eaten.

Sometimes I do very well and others... well, I'm like an animal....grazing.

I find having my meal & snacks planned help a lot.  Especially the snacks.

im suffering at night as well.  i just want to munch and i try very hard not
to.

lately all the stress in my life is killing me with the munching desire, so ive
been very careful to only keep wls snacks around, but im still munching
too much.

every day is a new day though, so i keep on rowing.
