Gotta get Gary to the airport this a.m. and I overslept. So, you're sailing this boat on your own this morning.

In my best Arnold voice: I'll be back

Okay...here I am!
Got Gary to the airport, fell on the ice getting into the car. He fell getting out of the car, now his flight is delayed. Dang!

So far here's what I'm planning. We'll see what the day may bring.

latte

b--egg, 2 slices thin bacon, doulbe fiber bread, toasted

s--benefit fiber bar

l--crustless calzone

s--applesauce/ cottage cheese ( may reverse the two snacks, depends on the timing)

d- leftover paprika chicken, few noodles, brussel sprouts

s--????

Coffee
B- Protein drink
S- apple
L-  Chili
S- String cheese and almonds
D-  Ground meat and taco seasoning and salsa - No taco shell for me.  Probably a small salad too
S-  Atkins bar?

We are sailing...fast...really fast, we caught the wind and we are MOTIVATED!!

B: Atkins shake, coffee added...just like hot chocolate

S: orange
S: Twisted protein bar
L: chili
S: apple
D: beef and veggies

S: carrots, celery and peanut butter if I need crunch

I can not find those Twisted Protein bars anywhere around here. Dang. If I had one, I probably wouldn't like it, it's just one of those things.,,,,get it into your head and you can't get it out. Might look online.

oh yeah....protein coffee!!  I had dinner a bit ago and can't hardly wait my 30 mins until I can  have one.

Hey Honey!

I found some of the new Kellogs Low Fat Granola the other day. Man, is it good!  I heat up my home made applesauce and sprinkle some of that granola on it, you'd think it was apple crisp......

I'm thinking chili might be in my very near future. It's very chilly here, and that just sounds like good cold weather food.

Or...since Gary's gone, I'll probably just buy some Wendy's.
