Morning Crewbies!

I actually get to go to work today, so my eating will be more on schedule, or at least as best as it can be. Let's see how it really turns out.

b--bkfst burrito changed my mind. Crustless calzone called to me. With 1/2 mini bagel

s--benefit bar

l--veggie soup---coworker is bringing it in. No telling what's in it  Well, it was gross. Rotel, canned alphabet soup, just a bunch of canned stuff she threw in there. Yuck!  CONFESSTION TIME:  I had two, yes 2, jalapeno poppers stuffed w/ cheddar cheese from Sonic. I'll go hide in my room now.

s--applesauce and cottage cheese  Didn't get to it. Got busy, might get it later, but I doubt it.

d--not really sure. Need to assess what's out there.  making chicken paprakish using the leftover roast chicken from Monday.  No noodles in the cupboard like I thought, so had it on 1/4 c mashed potatoes. 2 Tbs green peas

So........how's your day shaping up?

  Well that's more red on my list than black!  AGHHHHHHHHHHHH

good morning

so far ive only had coffee, cant think further at the moment.

prob oatmeal for breakfast though, maybe a salad later with
some protein of some sort.

dinner i have no clue, i cant plan that far ahead right now.

Well let's see..... so far---

Coffee

Not yet -

B-  I think protein drink here.
S-  String cheese or an apple
L-  Chili
S-  Cottage cheese or another string of cheese
D-  Chicken breast and veggies and a small salad
S- Pork rinds or, almonds.  I am thinking the almonds today..

L: chili

S: Twisted protein bar
D: don't know yet, what ever hubby makes.

A good day so far. Tom's home so I can relax about him driving in the snow.

Hi all.

B:  Protein bar (cranberry almond south beach bar)
S:  3 graham crackers
L:  Cheese, brocoli, barley soup (a concoction at work that was as bad as it sounds)
D:  Boca chicken patty with 2% pepper jack cheese
S:  Seem to be stuck on trail mix
