Super bowl party with a request for breaded pork tenderloins (an Indiana thing - transplanted Floridians can't get them down here)

B:  South beach cranberry pecan protein bar (very good)
L:  Taste of the guacamole being served later on one club cracker
S:  Hopefully none because dinner will be enough
D:  Breaded tenderloin sandwich (about 1/4 of one), two or three FF's and probably a TBS fo guacamole on one or two chips.
S:  Won't need one

Go Colts. (I have to - I grew up in Indiana)

The radio people were talking about super bowl food from the differnet cities and the breaded pork was one thing they mentioned,  they were eating it as a sandwich, too

I'll have to look for those SBD protein bars. I love, love cranberry

 OKayyyyyy    Here goes....

I don't have fears of over eating at the super bowl games cause we don'****ch them.  I would love to but Mom is not a football fan.  I at least want to watch the commercials....

I put together a neat chart for my food intake then sat and stared blankly at it when I tried to fill in healthy foods.

I have no idea what to put on it.  I would like to have an impressive menu to show the nutritionist tomorrow but so far I'll go in with a blank chart.  ha ha  My challenge today is to put something on it.  I want to sit in front of my sewing machine but don't dare.  My food intake has a priority now.

Pre breakfast:  coffee w/creamer

B 2 light fried eggs

S apple w/ PB

L   meat cheese roll up  crackers

S protein drink w/ banana & strawberry

D pork  thin sliced  w/ FF sauce  veggie

S  cottage cheese  w/ pear

AND  concentration on getting fluids in ....  sigh

If your Nut isn't impressed by this plan for the day, I'll be amazed. It looks great, now, just string a few of this kind of day and before you know it, you'll have a week under your belt, then a month.......
