Moring Crewbies!

Well, today will be an interesting day for eating. Breakfast is the only meal that is planned. Today is our son's birthday and the Super Bowl. AGHHH.  Jeff wants to go to an Asian fusion restaurant for lunch, so I'm thinking Vietnamese spring rolls, and then the party goes to their house for b'day cake and such. No idea what we're doing for the game, whether it's at thier house or we'll come back home. That leaves dinner up in the air. I'll post bkfst and then come back tonight and edit to confess my sins.

Everyone have a wonderful day, K?

latte

b- egg, 2 slices thin bacon, toasted beer bread

We're hoping the Saints win too, but I'm afraid it will be the Colts. We'll just have to wait and see!

So far it looks like only half of us are planning thier food today. It's kind of nice to not be so restricted (mentally) now that I can't enjoy a "day". I'll still calculate all that I eat when the day is said and done, but one day of fun won't put me into the diet mentality tail spin that it would before.  Tomorrow will come, and I won't have any regrets about what I ate today....it will be over and a new day will have started.

Happy Birthday  to your son and happy super bowl to those who partake.

Guess I already shared my food issue sins. I am back down to 114 lbs. which is partially from that tummy bug. It seems that every ounce came from my non-existant chest.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - green beans, slice of Deli ham, 1/2 cucumber
D - Meat sauce on cottage cheese
S - apple & PB

Hmmmm. I'd say 114 is a darn site different than 912!  How many pounds down is that...maybe 15, huh?
Okay, we need a plan. What can we do to help you through this? Can you increase your carbs somehow? It looks like the Kashi and your apples are about all the carbs you get in. Can you drink milk? Protein, carbs and calories there, and it goes to your fluid count.

Just thinkin' out loud. Let me know if I can help!!!

Love and hugs

That's about right. The 912 still makes me giggle.

Milk doesn't like me all the time. Sometimes I get some via a latte, other times it about kills me.

Remember waay back, when we couldn't stop losing and had to add a little extra? That's what my plan is for now.

Plus, stop getting so upset when Tom hounds me to eat.

Thanks for caring.

Kisses
Annette

Have you tried Lactaid? It's a milk that has the lactose taken out. Jeff is lactose intolerant and he used to use it for coffee and cereal, etc.
