How's your boat floatin? What are you eating?
Good morning!
I have a long and crazy day at work today, so what I plan may or may not happen. I'll do the best I can, but at least I know I can get all my water and supplements in. After that.....well, we'll just see.
Here's the plan, will edit later to let you know how it went.
protein coffee x 2
b--sandwich thin w/ roast beef and LF cream cheese
s--cottage cheese w/ applesauce
l--shrimp fra diavalo w/ w w pasta
s-??? didn't have one since I was too busy and Gary and I decided to go out for dinner
d- ??? might go out, kinda hope so, I'll be tired! Gary forgot we were going out
and ate before I got home. So I had leftover soup. Now my count is all wacked out GRRRRRRR
s--- protein decaf in a few minutes (when I get to 30 mins after dinner), then I'll find something later on to eat.

It all sounds so good compared to my cottage cheese. applesauce and leftovers.
I don't have to tell you to have a great time, it's a forgone conclusion. Thelma and Louise get together and it's ALWAYS a good time.

Good morning, Susan...
I tried to post yesterday between napping...but it went away...and I just didn't think I could sit here any longer!
Worked last night, but did ok with my food. Never enough liquids though.
Had a salad with shrimp
yogurt with blueberries
chicken salad with grapes
Ready for bed soon...will decide when I get up what to take for tonight..but I am thinking about an apple with peanut butter, turkey and cheese roll up in a tortilla, and yogurt.
Everyone have a great day while I sleep!!

hi everyone
so far ive had a hot protein drink, coffee, and a bowl of oatmeal
then i went back to bed.
im not sure about the rest of the day, was thinking about making soup, but
not sure.
i cant visit the hubby today, cause i cant get out of my community or driveway
yet, so i hope to find a good book to read and then see what happens.
you all be safe out there

Heavy Sigh.... my boat is stuck in a sand bar and taking on water. I've had a very difficult time with my food. When I get my thoughts together I'll post the "happenings".
Come Monday I'll meet with the nutritionist for a better food plan. She will be inserting a "thing" under my skin to monitor my blood sugar level. Then after a few days I'll go back out to her and they will record the results.
In the mean time I need to get a food plan together that I can live with. She gave me a diet that sent me over the edge. Not good. I eat constantly to keep my blood sugars level, which doesn't work, and I've gained weight.
Soooo you will be seeing me post more...

L= Turkey breast sandwich, salad, red lentil soup
S= Fiber One cereal, soy milk, 1 pcs dk choc
s= protein shake, 1/2 apple or pear, almonds
D= Not sure yet.....maybe fish (if not chicken)
Today is a busy cooking day.... 2 BIG pots of soup and then meatballs and sauce. hmmm, maybe we'll have meatballs for dinner tonight...that sounds good...

Hi Im back from Denver....
Getting back on tract. Doc my surgeon told me to go back to basics 700 calories a day!!!!!
So did I fall nto the boat like I usually do!!!!!!
Today so far I have had light yogurt 100 calories
a fillet of talapia maybe 100 calories..
Not sure what the rest of the day is going to be......
