Long time no see...hope all is well with you. 
700 cals seems so low to me......be careful that you get enough to eat so your metabolism doesn't shut down on you.

Ok the rest of the day was very good. I had about 6 almonds about 10 raisins and a salad with turkey ham, and a little cheese with Italian dressing.
Drank my water too.

Hello, everyone!

Darned cold here...minus ten degrees celcius, bitter winds and starting to snow again. I'm really ready for some sunshine! I will be living vicariously thru Thelm, Lousie and co-horts!

Not going swimming this weekend because the pool is booked for kids' birthday parties...arrgg! My older son Danny turned 35 yesterday...how did that happen? (I was a child bride)

Today's menu:

B   hot chocolate protein drink made w/ff skim milk

S   banana stuffed w/ peanut butter

L    leftover crab cake

S    homemade high protein, high fibre soup

D    boiled shrimp & spinach

S    likely more soup

3 litres water & all my supplements
