Hey Crewbies how's your boat floatin'?
My motor needs to get into overdrive this morning, so here goes

L--- some sort of Easter Seal charity lunch going on, so I have no idea what it will be. I'll take a PB&J just in case
s--applesauce w/ cottage cheese
d--posole----a Mexican soup made with chicken stock, pork, onions and hominy. Throwing it all in the crock pot with a bunch of seasonings. So good!
s-- what ever it takes to round out my day.

Still cleaning out the fridge. There's still healthy stuff in there. My food combinations today might be a bit bizarre, but it'll be healthy. When I think back at what used to be in my fridge before RNY, and what's in it now on a regular basis....Wow!!! I've made the lifestyle change. Didn't think it would happen. And thinking about this cruise, I'm not obsessing on all the food and restaurants, but on the fun things to do and the people I'll meet. And a little bit on the margaritas, I admit, but I'm not much of a drinker. That could change.... At least for the next week.

Hi Susan and everyone!
Well today I am tired, Didn't sleep well last night. Don't know why. So...here is my eating plan for today.
B- Protein dring with pinapple
S - String cheese
Lunch - Cottage cheese and pinapple
Snack - String cheese
Dinner - Ham and eggs
Snack- Maybe a little cottage cheese. I am trying to eat later in the day so I am not wanting to snack at night. Also, I am going to bed earlier
