Oh, I forgot....toss the cookies (not to be confused with "tossing your cookies"). You'll feel a wonderful feeling of empowerment by having more control over the cookies than they have over you.

You CAN do it, really!

Hi Susan and friends,

Well I have a lot of running around to do so I will try and hurry making my list.

B - Protein drink with banana

Snack - Doubt it

Lunch - Cottage cheese and maybe a string cheese

Dinner -  Ham and eggs

Snck - Protein drink

Good morning!

I got up way too early - but went to the gym after it was daylight.  Back home and have got to start on that English assignment

Had a protein drink before I went to the gym and just finished a bottle of diet green tea

Now plan to have an egg and one of those red pepper/pepper jack cheese halves...

Gotta work from 3-11...yes, they had a call in...but on the good news it is 50%, so I will take some greek yogurt and blueberries and maybe pick up a side salad and grilled chicken patty from McDonald's for supper...

I need to plan a snack before work, but just can't think what it might be...maybe a few shrimp with ****tail sauce...

Have a good day ya'll....we have bad weather coming in after midnight tonight..

5:00 o'clock and I'm pulling up the rear. Tom had to do something with my computer - I don't ask, too technical.

B - cottage cheese, 4 strawberries
L - some cashews - on the run
D - Steak, mushrooms
S - apple & peanut butter

Start= Protein drink
B= oatmeal
S= 1/2 apple
L= 3 oz Turkey on whole wheat toast with mustard and raw spinach, tossed salad on side, yogurt drink
S= coffee, oatmeal granola type bar
S= Protein drink
D= cottage cheese, fiber one cereal  (ate dinner later than normal and I didn't want a heavy meal so I came up with this odd mix)

It's 11pm and I'm feeling peckish.....I don't think I ate enough today......but I'm not going into the kitchen.......
