I've been running around all morning but nothing much to show for it.  I believe I have the "before vacation blithers"....    I actually just finished the laundry and am making yet another list of what to do in the next few days, and what to pack.  I'm sure I'll lose this list, too.....

Food????  Cleaning out the fridge.

B:  Cottage cheese and fruit
L:  Grilled turkey and cheese
S:  One of those little tiny Snickers bars from the freezer (whoops!)
D:  Large tossed salad with turkey and a hard boiled egg
S:  popcorn?

Working on the water, vitamins and Calcium.  I really have to think about them or I just plain forget.

Thanks for this thread, everyone.  It seems to be helping.

Hello everyone!
B - 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2T raisins and 1 c. milk
S - protein drink with peaches
L - roasted veg, applesauce
S - 1 svng fat-free wheat thins.  fibre one snack bar.
D - small amt of chicken with spaghetti squash, 1 small potato, broccoli
