Rolling down the river---what are you eating?
Ahoy Captain!
I'm unexpectedly home from work for a few weeks due to illness - so getting used to eating while NOT having the distratctions of work is a challenge. Here goes for today's plan
Breakfast - protein shake and coffee
Snack - Cheese stick - forgot to take this with me.
Lunch - Wendy's chili? I'll be out and about... Nope - ate two cheese sticks
Snack - 1 oz peanuts
Dinner - Chili Lime Shrimp and spinach salad
Second snack - protein hot chocolate before bedtime

Hi everyone! I was pointed to this list by a fellow CA member, who is serving as my food sponsor. it looks terrific. I am only four weeks out, but already having cravings, so here I go. Today's plan was:
B - 3/4 c. cereal with 1 c. milk - did that.
S - 1/2 c. cottage cheese - did that. Had one serving fat-ftee wheat thins with it.
L - roasted veggies ( maybe 1 1/2 c?) with applesauce - did that.
S - protein shake with 1c. milk - actually had this on the way home. I aate the applesauce for my afternoon snack.
D - chicken with potato and broccoli. Did that.
So, okay today. I'm glad. I think this list could be good for me. Thank you all for being here.
