Rolling down the river---what are you eating?
Hope everyone on board is doing well with their eating. I'm hanging in there, not losing, but at least maintaining. Worked out for a solid 30 minutes on my Wii FitPlus. Boxed, marched, hula-hooped and trail biked. What fun!
I made the recipe I posted for the South Beach Diet crustless quiche cups and was a little dissapointed. Wanting to take some to work, I mixed up a double batch, but found they only filled 12 muffin cups. That was all well and good, but with two packages of spinach it was just too much spinach. They tasted great, but just too spinachy(is that a word?). Might dump the batch and remake them as the recipe is written, see how those are. I'll let you know.
The plan for today:

d- curried lamb meatballs w/ coucous didn't happen; Got home about 8:00 and thought it would be too heavy. Had leftover udon noodle soup instead

Good Morning, Susan.
It has been forever since I have posted anything, but today is another day and I am tired of being stuck at the same weight...
I had really done well thru the summer when I went to water aerobics 4 times a week, but then they changed places and it is a cold pool and I stopped going. But I joined a gym close to home and have gone 5 times a week for the past 3 weeks and feel good about things again.
So today I am back on the boards and discussing my food options with the experts!

Glad to have you back, and please, no experts here, just a bunch of folks hanging on for dear life...lol!
Shrimp and talipia are some of my go-to proteins. Had a bit of bad luck with some bad talipia, then some bad mahi-mahi, so I've been a little gun shy with fish for a month or so, but it's time to go to a better market and get some fresh. I'll pay more, but it will be worth it, I'm sure.

I did poorly last night. Snacked way too much. Don't know what got into me. Still it didn't move the scale so I am happy with that. Going to make sure I go to bed early tonight.

Lunch - Turkey roll up
Dinner - Chicken and Green beans. Left over from last night.
Snack-- I don't know. Maybe cottage cheese or a protein drink THEN off to bed

I was very happy I had a big jug of Crystal Light because right after group I spent a few hours in the ER with a friend. Got home sometime after midnight, frozen to the bone, ate cottage chhese, then crashed. It going to be a long, screwed up day.

This is my story and I'm sticking to it . . . I hope. Got to get on the stick. As cold as it is, summer is on the way. I want to be lighter by then so I can go out and enjoy the sunshine.
