I need your leadership in this....please don't let this stop you...we NEED you!

B   protein drink (done)

S   banana w/peanut butter (done)

L   3 slices of LEAN rosemary ham wrapped with lettuce and FF mayo (done)

S   grapes & cheddar cheese (done)

D   veal parm patty w/ cheese & tomato sauce (and NO spaghetti) (done)

S   homemade soup in a while

3 litres of water (2 down, one to go)

all my supplements (done)

Did any of you have the sleeve? Im scheduled for Feb. 16 and going through all kinds of emotions. Not an instant decision for me though and I've tried for years with other heathy weight loss programs.
I am about 75 lbs overweight. Most of the posts I read are success stories but with a greater weight loss need.
Am nearly age 60, so I'm very interested in someone with a story similar to mine!!
